Position Title Automotive OEM Sales
Department: Automotive Parts Business Team
Status: Non Exempt, Full time
Salary: 50K-70K/year
Working hours: 9 am to 5pm from Mon to Fri (1hour unpaid break) with overtime
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Location: Hybrid – IL(Office for 5 days from Mon to Fri for first 3 months, then Hybrid)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, the Associate will assist the primary sales activities in identifying and engaging OEM and Tier 1 customers and products. The role involves supporting the sales process including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and industry developments.

Role Priorities

  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and during post-sale project completion
  • Provide administrative, clerical and support assistance to the manager

Performance Requirements

  • Achieve annual sales goals and supports the strategy to drive considerable revenue growth by working closely with Manager and other sales staffs
  • Assist Manager by overseeing day-to-day sales operations and activities
  • Develops long-term positive relationships with clients and markets and sells products, services, and solutions
  • Manages all customer communication and sales opportunities by phone, email, customer websites.
  • Assists in the development of presentations, documents, and other sales literature
  • Travel at least once a month in USA

  • Knowledge of automotive and industrial parts, logistics, auto industry trends
  • A minimum of two (2) years of B2B experience in automotive or industrial sales or customer service, preferably with Tier 1 and/or OEM clients in the automotive or industrial sectors.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Sales preferred)
