Job Summary
GAF Energy is seeking a highly motivated Order Management Specialist, who will own the company's Sales Order process including processing and quality control of incoming orders & change orders in Salesforce and PeopleSoft systems

This role will report to the Director of Sales Operations and work with Business Operations, Program Management, and Supply Chain

Essential Duties

  • Serve as the front line gatekeeper for all incoming sales orders, ensuring they are accurate and complete, are processed in a timely fashion, and that all systems remain up to date throughout the order life cycle

  • Managing onboarding and activation of new contractor/ Homeowner partners in Salesforce and Peoplesoft

  • Develop cross-functionally relationships to ensure timing and accuracy SLAs are met

  • Manage price deviations, credit requests, and billing verification

  • Create SKUs for new products and service offerings

  • Manage order changes and coordinate BOM adjustments with Supply Chain

  • Coordinate ship & delivery dates with Project Coordinators & Supply Chain

  • Notify appropriate parties to alleviate Credit Holds from Customer Accounts

  • Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner

  • Liaison between Project Coordinators, Sales, Billing Supply Chain to ensure all customer/product issues are addressed in a timely manner

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or a combination of education and equivalent experience Preferred
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience in an administrative role Required
  • Salesforce CRM and PeopleSoft preferred

  • Success with meeting deadlines under pressure, performing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and working independently

  • Comfortable working as a team player in a startup atmosphere where no job is too small​

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external functional teams verbally, in writing, and via presentations

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $48,000-$66,000
