Job Description: As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning, polishing, and refurbishing services to vehicles, ensuring they maintain a pristine appearance inside and out. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping vehicles look their best, we'd love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing to dealership standards.
  • Conduct vacuuming, upholstery/trim cleaning, stain removal, and odor treatment.
  • Wash, dry, and prepare exteriors including wheels, tires, and glass.
  • Perform buffing, polishing, and basic paint correction as needed.
  • Apply waxes, dressings, and protective coatings.
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure cleanliness and finish quality before release.
  • Safely operate detailing tools, buffers, and cleaning equipment.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Must-Haves:

  • 1+ years of professional automotive detailing experience (dealership or reconditioning environment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with high turnaround demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Reliable transportation and full-time availability (including some weekends if required).
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work in and around vehicles for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience detailing vehicles in a dealership or high-volume reconditioning shop.
  • Familiarity with paint correction, buffing, or ceramic coating.
  • Strong time-management skills to handle multiple vehicles per day.
  • Team player with good communication skills
