About the Role

We're looking for an eCommerce Product Specialist to help us grow our online presence and product listings on Shopify & Marketplaces. You'll be the go-to person for optimizing product data, boosting organic traffic, and ensuring our product catalog is as polished as a freshly waxed bamboo stalk.

This position is in-person, - collaboration and communication are key to our success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Shopify, & Etsy
  • Research and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings
  • Work extensively in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning, you name it)
  • Analyze product and keyword performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Help develop data-driven product collections and website improvements
  • Support marketing and creative teams with product data and insights
  • Keep product info, pricing, and descriptions accurate and up to date

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working with Shopify.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, meta, keyword research, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills – you should love formulas and data as much as we love bamboo.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing large product datasets.
  • Creative thinker who can write and edit product content with clarity and brand voice.
  • A positive, proactive attitude (bonus if you love sustainability and clean design)

Location: Cottage Grove, MN 55016

Hours: 32 hrs/week (Trial Month) → 40 hrs/week after

Pay: $18 – $24 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
