Job Description:

Title: Audit Senior or Audit Supervisor

Location: Chandler or Scottsdale Office

Setting: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in-office, your choice of Chandler or Scottsdale)

Compensation: $100k - $120k + discretionary bonus + 4 weeks PTO + 401k with 3% match

What You'll Do

As an Audit Supervisor, you'll take on a leadership role with opportunities to:

  • Build trusted client relationships by gathering information, solving challenges, and recommending improvements
  • Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
  • Demonstrate expertise in
    GAAP
    and financial statement presentation
  • Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit processes
  • Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses and industry practices
  • Provide other accounting services as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:
$100,000–$120,000

Bonus Structure:

  • Discretionary bonus (may be structured as a salary adjustment)

"Bring It In" Bonus:

  • 10% bonus in Year 1
  • 5% bonus in Year 2 for new clients brought in
