Instead, we'll hand you serious buyers, already pre-qualified and booked for appointments by our Inside Sales Team through our reverse prospecting system.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with qualified buyers and guide them through the purchase process
  • Provide consistent, high-value communication and support
  • Follow up with leads using our proven tools and systems
  • Deliver a 5-star experience that earns you repeat and referral business
  • Host open houses (we bring the traffic)
  • Stay organized in your CRM and calendar
  • Participate in weekly team trainings to sharpen your skills

Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License
  • Full-time availability — this isn't a side hustle
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and growth-focused
  • Team player with a winning mindset
