Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
  • Provide floor care services such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism.
  • Execute janitorial tasks in accordance with established sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are hygienic.
  • Assist with any additional housekeeping management duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used for various surfaces.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in cooking is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
