The
Technical
Project Manager
will be responsible for overseeing complex enterprise platform projects—including Salesforce, Workday, Workfront, and other enterprise systems—while driving successful delivery through Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure project execution aligns with business objectives, fosters collaboration, and achieves measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Manage project execution and delivery through agile frameworks.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle—planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and oversee execution to meet deliverables.
• Engage with Product Owners, business leaders, and technical teams to prioritize features and manage expectations.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment with goals.
• Provide regular updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage resources (team members, budgets, vendors) to ensure efficient utilization and timely delivery.
• Establish quality standards and track KPIs to measure project performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management processes, tools, and practices.
• Oversee testing, implementation, and post-project evaluation to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading enterprise platform projects (Salesforce, Workday, Workfront, or similar) is highly desirable.

Compensation Range
$90,000 – $105,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
