Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing content across company social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and support community management initiatives.
- Track and report on social media analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of professional writing, copyediting, or content creation experience (internships count).
- Must-have: strong AP-style copy editing.
- Must-have: experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok).
- Must-have: proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Must-have: familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar.
- Must-have: strong attention to detail and time management.
Salary
$72,000 – $80,000 USD per year, plus benefits.
This salary range applies to all U.S.-based applicants; adjustments may be made based on experience and local pay-transparency laws. Detailed compensation packages will be discussed during the interview process.
