Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience


• 8+ years building modern web applications/sites in a professional environment


• Strong experience working across multiple products in Adobe Experience Cloud - primarily Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics


• Experience in Content Fragment, Experience Fragment, Multi-language, Workflow, and Roll Out


• Experience in end to end implementations of AEM 6.3 or later


• Minimum of 2 years with JavaScript and proficient in at least one modern JavaScript framework (Angular preferred) - including the ability to work with remote APIs and third-party web services, loading data asynchronously, understanding state management, using JavaScript templates and dynamic views


• Experience leading large sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff


• Experience conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions


• Experience in system integrations between Adobe Marketing cloud products


• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)


• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.


• Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities-must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and business-friendly language


• Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams


• Strong DevOps experience including and not limited to GitHub, bamboo, SonarQube


• Have a superior attention to detail and a strong ability to Q/A one's own work


• Prior experience partnering with India-based development teams

Required skills and experience


• AEM Expertise: Deep expertise in AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, and core AEM development concepts, such as AEM headless approach. Additionally, Architect reusable components, APIs, and templates that enable scalable, personalized and high-performance experiences.


• Development Skills: Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular is often required.


• Cloud Experience: Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and cloud deployment approaches.


• Best Practices: Knowledge of Adobe and industry best practices, including code quality, performance, and security.


• Agile Experience: Experience working in a mature agile development environment.


• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and debugging skills.
