We are looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to join our team and help create engaging content for our company. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, be highly creative, and have experience with editing software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and editing graphic designs, ensuring that the content is of the highest quality and meets all deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare graphic designs to specification using a wide variety of techniques, media, methods, and various software applications.
  • Plans, designs, and arranges graphic art layout in response to clients' requests and needs such as banners, displays, decals, stickers, wall murals, signs, and more.
  • Reviews final graphic design and document proofs for accuracy and completeness of texts and layouts.
  • Produce graphic designs and submits for clients' approval.
  • Organize and manage office and production areas.
  • Sets up areas for production and maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of production work areas, supply and storage areas or cabinets, and equipment.
  • Understand the technical aspects of graphic design editing software.
  • Ensure that all edits are accurate and meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and schedule work with other employees in order to meet timelines.
  • Do other related functions not listed herein if such duties are a logical assignment for the position and business needs.

Knowledge:

  • Various graphic art media and tools.
  • Graphic reproduction methods and printing.
  • Methods and techniques used to print, copy, and organize documents and materials.
  • Telephone, office, and on-line etiquette.
  • Current technology and trends in the profession.

Skills, and Abilities:

  • Produce graphic designs in a timely manner in response to clients' requests.
  • Design visual aids for use in displays, and other materials viewed by potential customers.
  • Proofread and edit documents and graphic artwork for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to customer's request and specifications.
  • Safely operate and use computers, graphics software, and other modern office or graphic production tools and equipments.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Assess the customer's immediate needs and ensure customer's receipt of needed services through personal service or making appropriate referral or recommendations.
  • Provides responsive and high quality customer service to clients.

Education and/or Experience:

Education, training, and/or experience that demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed above.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
