Position Overview

We are seeking for
skilled Call Center Agents
to support the Education & Compliance division. This role handles
inbound calls
related to individual and business tax compliance, delinquency questions, and general tax inquiries.

You will be responsible for helping taxpayers with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls related to tax compliance
  • Resolve
    Tier 1 level
    concerns and guide taxpayers
  • Review and update taxpayer accounts
  • Verify and collect required information while navigating multiple systems
  • Educate callers on tax policies and online resources
  • Submit requests for payment arrangements
  • Document all actions in multiple internal systems
  • Participate in team meetings and meet performance metrics

Required Skills

  • Basic Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Workspace skills
  • Good verbal & written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Quick learner & good at retaining information
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive

Preferred Skills

  • Spanish-speaking (bilingual)
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Banking industry background

Education Requirements

  • Required:
    High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred:
    Associate's Degree or higher

Experience Requirements


Must have at least 1 year of recent experience in a FAST-PACED call center

Previous two roles should each be 1+ year of call center work

Experience must be in one of the following industries:

  • Finance/Banking
  • Insurance
  • Telecommunications (non-technical support)


Not accepted:
Switchboard/dispatch-only or call-transfer roles

Remote Work Requirements

  • Must attend
    Day 1 onsite orientation
  • Fully remote afterward
  • Must have
    hardwired high-speed internet
  • Ability to transport equipment home (desktop, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset)
  • Cannot rely on public transportation for equipment pickup
  • Must be available to work within
    7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
    (Mon–Fri)
  • 3-week intensive training (8:30 AM – 5 PM) –
    Attendance mandatory

Additional Notes

  • Candidates
    must be local
    and available for in-person interviews within one week of posting close.
  • A background check, fingerprinting, and Arizona tax-filing verification are required.
  • Short tenure at prior jobs may be a disqualifier.
  • Role may convert to permanent based on performance.
