This is not retail sales. This is high-accountability, consultative closing. You'll speak with warm/hot prospects coming from our content (Instagram/YouTube) and turn qualified interest into enrolled customers using a proven process, scripts, and follow-up system.

If you're the type who can follow a playbook, build trust fast, handle objections calmly, and close consistently, you'll do very well here.

What You'll Be Selling

A proven educational offer in the YouTube Automation / faceless channel scaling space. People come to us because they want a real plan, real support, and real outcomes.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Run sales calls with warm leads (discovery → diagnose → pitch → close)
  • Follow a structured sales script and improve with feedback/coaching
  • Handle objections (price, time, spouse, fear, "I need to think", etc.) with confidence
  • Track pipeline + follow-up daily (this role is won in the follow-up)
  • Use CRM tools (Slack-based CRM / tracking boards, forms, notes, tags, status updates)
  • Keep clean notes so the team can see where every lead is in the process
  • Hit activity standards: calls completed, follow-ups sent, pipeline updates, conversions
  • Attend quick weekly check-ins to review numbers and improve performance

Requirements

  • Reliable internet + ability to take calls without distractions
  • Willing to learn, be coached, and improve quickly

Bonus if you have:

  • High-ticket closing experience
  • Familiarity with YouTube Automation / online education offers
  • Experience using CRMs, follow-up systems, pipeline tracking

Compensation (Commission-Only)

This is 100% commission-based. Your income is directly tied to performance.

  • Commission per sale (details provided after initial screening)
  • Performance bonuses available for consistent closers
  • No cap — if you close, you earn

(Current closer makes $84k/yr)
