Air Charter Sales Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, polished, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Retail Division. This role is responsible for generating new business through proactive outbound outreach, including cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn engagement, and strategic follow-up, to introduce potential clients to Hera Flight's charter services and Jet Card offerings.
The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, and comfortable engaging high-net-worth individuals, corporate decision-makers, and executive assistants. This is a relationship-driven role that requires persistence, confidence, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
· Conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify new private charter prospects.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of HNW individuals, family offices, business leaders, and travel managers.
· Leverage CRM tools to track activities, manage follow-ups, and optimize outreach performance.
Sales & Relationship Building
· Present Hera Flight's charter services, Jet Card program, and service advantages to potential clients.
· Conduct discovery calls to understand travel frequency, routes, aircraft preferences, and service needs.
· Convert qualified leads into active charter clients or Jet Card members through consultative selling.
· Coordinate closely with the Retail team to deliver tailored proposals and flight options.
Market Engagement
· Maintain a strong understanding of private aviation trends, competitor offerings, and aircraft categories.
· Represent Hera Flight with professionalism, discretion, and luxury-level customer service.
Qualifications
· 2 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury services, travel, aviation, finance, hospitality, or similar high-touch environments.
· Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
· Excellent communication skills—confident, articulate, and persuasive.
· Comfort engaging HNW individuals and corporate professionals.
· Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline.
· Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience
· Prior experience in private aviation sales or booking charter flights.
· Familiarity with aircraft categories (light, midsize, super-mid, heavy).
Compensation
This is a commission-only position.
