Business Development Representative

Overview
We are seeking results-driven Business Development Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for self generating sales, with experience in B2B sales environments.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to potential businesses to introduce our products and services.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with promotional efforts.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to reach new markets and expand our customer base.
- Hit quotas for B2B account generation and B2C sales
- Prepare reports on sales activities and provide feedback on market trends.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development roles, home improvement sales is a plus
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, including negotiation techniques and closing strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing practices is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with outbound calling strategies and marketing initiatives will be an advantage.
