About the Role

We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
to lead Autopilot's paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels. You'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns that drive user growth and ROI from the first impression to in-app conversion.

This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer who loves experimenting, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance creative storytelling with analytical precision.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-funnel acquisition strategy
    — from paid social and search to landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns
    across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
  • Manage budgets and forecasting
    to hit growth KPIs efficiently while maximizing ROI.
  • Develop and scale testing frameworks
    to improve CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze and synthesize performance data
    to uncover insights, trends, and actionable opportunities.
  • Partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to develop and test new ad concepts, messaging, and funnel optimizations.
  • Continuously improve attribution, tracking, and reporting to ensure clarity on where growth is coming from.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging paid media trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally within a high-growth consumer tech or fintech startup.
  • Proven experience running and optimizing campaigns across
    Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and X (Twitter)
    .
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) and how to use them to inform decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with creative testing, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling.
  • Highly data-driven with a bias for experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Engineering.

  • Experience in

    concept, script, and produce high-performing ad creatives
    (video, UGC, or short-form content).
