Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant and/or LVN with a strong background in aesthetic medicine to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about aesthetics. This position involves assisting providers during treatments, preparing procedure trays, mixing aesthetic products, and providing top-tier patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with aesthetic procedures, including injectables, PRP/PRF, microneedling, threads and laser treatments.
• Prepare and mix dermal fillers, neurotoxins and other aesthetic solutions per protocol.
• Set up sterile trays and ensure all necessary instruments, products, and supplies are properly organized and ready before each procedure.
• Clean, restock, and maintain treatment rooms and inventory of aesthetic supplies.
• Greet and escort patients to rooms, obtain vital signs, review medical history, and prepare them for treatment.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions and ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems, including procedure details, consent forms, and inventory tracking.
• Support providers by anticipating their needs during procedures and maintaining strict adherence to aseptic technique.
• Communicate professionally with patients, answering basic questions about services, skincare routines, and aftercare instructions.
• Ensure compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and medical board standards.
• Answer office phones, emails and any Front Desk responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent experience required).
• LVN License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and handling aesthetic injectables and products.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, product safety, and sterile field maintenance.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Must work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.
• Excited to be part of a growing environment.
• Flexible availability, including extended hours or weekends as needed to support patient scheduling and clinic operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience assisting with lasers, microneedling, PRP, or regenerative aesthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare and post-treatment care.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
