Job Overview:
FIRST STEP LLC is seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve program management, relationship management, administrative tasks, and social work.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in a health or human service field or Associate degree in a human or health service field plus one year of service coordination experience.
Duties:
- Develop and implement service plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Coordinate and monitor services provided to clients
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and goals
- Collaborate with families, and service providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Provide ongoing support and advocacy for families
WILL TRAIN
MUST SPEAK Uzbek or Russian, Ukrainian
