Compensation:
$100,000–$125,000 base + uncapped commission (35% of GP) | OTE $400K–$500K+
Travel:
Regional travel + quarterly visits to HQ

The Role
You'll lead and grow either the
Eastern
or
Western U.S. region
as a
player/coach
, managing 1–2 Account Executives and 1 Account Manager while also maintaining direct customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small high-performing sales team.
- Manage key accounts and drive new business development.
- Represent a technically led, consultative sales model to major food processors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and automation teams to deliver client solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a
Regional Sales Director, Business Development Manager, or Senior Sales Leader
within the
food packaging industry
. - Strong technical knowledge of
films, flexibles, or rigid containers
, and ability to sell complex, value-based solutions. - A
hunter mindset
with a track record of business growth and long-term relationship management. - Experience managing and motivating outside sales teams.
- Personality fit:
driven, competitive, and growth-oriented.
Compensation & Structure
- Base Salary:
$100,000–$125,000 (negotiable for industry veterans) - Commission:
35% of gross profit, uncapped - Structure:
Draw against commission, transitioning to 100% commission as earnings exceed base - Top performers currently earning $500K+ OTE
