Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in Charlotte, NC. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the sales team in delivering high-quality service to clients. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to grow within a professional business environment.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
Assist in preparing sales documentation, reports, and internal records
Communicate with clients to provide information and follow up on inquiries
Maintain organized and accurate customer and sales data
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Ensure a professional and efficient sales workflow at all times
