We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who understands that every call is more than a booking it's the start of a customer relationship and the foundation of field efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first impression of Esser setting clear expectations and building trust from the first hello
  • Qualify calls accurately to match the right technician, job type, and customer need
  • Educate customers on service expectations, maintenance plans, and available options
  • Collaborate with Dispatch and Technicians to maximize schedule efficiency and customer service
  • Maintain calm professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support team communication to ensure seamless handoff from call to completion
  • Understand and support various parts of the business.

Who You Are

  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator, confident and clear
  • Naturally organized and efficient, you think three steps ahead
  • Revenue-aware ,you understand that good call booking = profitable job outcomes
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with QuickBooks Online or ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Customer-service-minded with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Prior HVAC or service industry experience is a big plus

This is an in-office position (no remote work).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
