Job Description & What You'll Do:

Our client is currently seeking an IT Administrative Assistant. The IT Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and support services for the Information Technology Department, including providing customer service to both internal partners and our customers through various activities, performing supportive tasks and office duties such as entering data, running queries, preparing and formatting reports, coordinating meetings, sending communications, and completing other miscellaneous administrative tasks: order supplies, liaison with Facility department, incoming/outgoing mail, filing.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Proficiency with Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • SAP experience, preferred
