We are looking for a Shared Client Service Representative (CSR) who is more than just friendly on the phone. You are the kind of person who loves structure but is not afraid to build it, who thrives on collaboration, and who is motivated by both personal and professional growth.

This shared CSR position will support multiple veterinary hospitals within the AcharaVet network, helping clients stay connected to their pets' health through proactive communication and exceptional service.

What You Will Do

  • Make outbound calls to clients for overdue wellness visits, vaccines, and reminders.
  • Build rapport with pet owners and help them understand the value of preventive care.
  • Partner with the Director of Client Experience to create structure and define systems that elevate client communication.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to improved call conversion and client engagement.
  • Use TEAMS and other digital tools to stay organized and connected.
  • Lead by example, supporting your teammates and creating a positive and collaborative culture.

What We Are Looking For

  • Veterinary experience preferred; you understand the flow of a hospital and the heart of this work.
  • Sales background with at least two years of experience; confident in outbound calls and comfortable discussing services and value.
  • Strong leadership skills; others look to you for direction, positivity, and follow-through.
  • Growth mindset; open to feedback and eager to learn.
  • Detail-oriented and trainable, with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ambitious and proactive; you take ownership and make things happen.
