What You'll Do:

What you will do:

  • ​Communicate with staff and customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.  
  • ​Answer inquiries related to client reports, pricing, supply ordering, and laboratory services. 
  • Updating customer account database.
  • ​Assist with monitoring accounts receivable/payable and maintain confidential records and files.  
  • ​Generating and distributing lab reports to clients. 
  • ​Other duties as required. ​ 
What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Previous experience in analytical chemistry laboratory operations is a plus.
