Moderate base salary. Generous commission. No cap on earnings. You must have sold a product or service to municipalities. Ideally to Public Works Directors, County Engineers or County Commissioners. Experience selling to a roadway buyer is a significant advantage.
Highly competitive market. Commoditized products, but we have a unique advantage. Sophisticated buyers who've heard every pitch.
You hunt for new business consistently, and you be able to manage existing accounts. You dig deeper than surface problems. You ask the tough questions others won't. You are equally comfortable presenting as being in the field with the buyer. You refuse to compete on price because you have a superior product.
Expected earnings: $250,000 within 18 months. Our top performers earn significantly more. You must reside in Minnesota, and manage the entire state.
