Job Title: Data Research Specialist
Job Summary
The Data Research & Lead Generation Specialist is key to our clients' sales success, combining deep data mining with proactive outbound calling. Your primary role is to meticulously search databases and use online tools to identify and secure accurate contact information for the correct decision-makers. You will ensure the highest level of data accuracy, directly contributing to our clients' business development and sales success.

Key Responsibilities
Data Mining and Research
- Database Mining: Proactively search, identify, and extract key data points (e.g., job titles, contact information, company details) from internal and external sources.
- Strategic Research: Utilize advanced search techniques on platforms like Google and LinkedIn to map out organizational structures and identify the specific "person in charge" (e.g., VP of Operations, Head of Procurement).
- Data Validation: Cross-reference and verify contact information (phone, email, mailing address) to ensure data accuracy before CRM entry.
- Information Gathering: Collect and document critical client intelligence, including vendor needs, employee size, and corporate structure.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect and client data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Outbound Communication & Lead Qualification
- Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of professional calls to validate research findings, confirm titles, and secure direct contact details.
- Verification & Qualification: Engage with gatekeepers and potential prospects to verify company information and qualify leads based on pre-defined client criteria.
- Reporting: Track and report on research progress, data integrity metrics, and validation success rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Research Expertise: Proven ability to conduct deep, methodical online research and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Data Proficiency: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, accurate database. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional and persuasive telephone presence.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in using search tools, specifically Google and LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Recruiter (or similar), and a quick learner with new technologies.
- Persistence: Must be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and able to manage occasional rejection.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
