Business Development & Marketing Specialist – Houston (Hybrid)

Duvera's client, a leading global law firm is seeking a
Business Development & Marketing Specialist
to join its Houston office in downtown Houston (hybrid schedule of 3 days in & 2 from home). This newly created role supports firmwide business development and marketing initiatives, with a focus on the Houston market and practice groups.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and support client pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.


• Assist with client targeting, CRM management, and pipeline tracking.


• Coordinate award and directory submissions, including Chambers USA.


• Draft and update marketing collateral, bios, and practice descriptions.


• Plan and execute client events, webinars, and receptions.


• Conduct research and support initiatives to enhance client engagement and visibility.


• Collaborate with marketing colleagues across offices to ensure consistent firmwide messaging.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree required.


• Minimum 4 years of business development and/or marketing experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience preferred).


• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.


• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
