We're looking for a Technical Lead, who brings deep technical expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and a track record of driving meaningful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead a team of passionate developers and analysts, ensuring high-quality development and adherence to best practices.
  • Design scalable and robust solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture.
  • Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Monitor and optimize applications platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to the development team members and share knowledge through training and workshops, building a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Hands on work with APIs, REST and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on work with Eventing Platform like Kafka etc.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java & J2EE applications.
  • Build high-performance micro-services using Spring Boot.
  • Build Event, Domain, CQRS driven designed Applications.
  • Develop dynamic applications with Spring microservices and frontend technologies like
  • Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in cloud computing, with deep expertise in AWS platforms and cloud automation.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership managing technical engineering teams, driving projects from concept to completion.
  • Java, J2EE, Spring Boot – Strong backend experience.
  • Front end frame works like ReactJS/VueJS/Angular – Hands-on front-end expertise.
  • AWS - Cloud deployment expertise.
  • Database Design - Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Architectural Design - Experience in designing scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Hands-on experience working within CI/CD environments, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and partner effectively across diverse teams.

Added bonus if you have

  • Master's degree in information technology or related field.
  • AWS Certification - AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
  • Experience gained within Banking/Financial Services /FinTech sectors.
  • Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and improve quality.
  • Experience in Function Test Automation using PlayWright and Karate.
