What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple restaurant locations
  • Lead and coach General Managers to achieve sales goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze performance metrics and P&L reports to improve results across all stores
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and team morale
  • Recruit, train, and mentor management talent to strengthen future leadership
  • Develop strategies for local market growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute company-wide initiatives

What We're Looking For

2+ years of multi-unit or district management experience in food service or QSR (required)

Strong track record of driving sales and operational success

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required)

High school diploma or equivalent (required); business or management degree preferred
