Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Answer incoming sales calls and follow up with incoming internet leads
  • Conduct a needs analysis and present vehicle options
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot
  • Complete vehicle sale paperwork and provide customer with a vehicle walk around
  • Follow up with customer after the sale
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Automotive Sales experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background, drugs & physical)
