We're now looking for a Front Desk Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator who can bring warmth, organization, and positive energy to our growing practice.

What You'll Do at:
Front Desk & Patient Experience
- Be the friendly, professional face and voice of the clinic — greeting every patient with warmth and genuine care.
- Manage the new patient experience like a pro —
- Liaise with the Clinical Operations Manager in keeping appointment books full and patient flow smooth.
- Process payments, collect balances, and ensure all treatments and supplement sales are properly recorded.
- Support patients through their visits from check-in to check-out — ensuring they feel cared for every step of the way.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding — setting up access, organizing paperwork, and welcoming new team members.
- Track and compile weekly clinic statistics (patient visits, collections, program enrollments) and submit reports to the Owner.
- Oversee the Telephonist, ensuring calls are answered promptly and all patient follow-ups are completed.
- Keep an eye on collections and follow through on any outstanding payments.
- Support the Owner and Clinic Operations Manager with administrative tasks and communication flow.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, team-first culture that reflects the heart of Horizons of Health.

- Previous experience in a medical or wellness office is an asset.
- Confidence with computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
