We are the largest provider of Google-hosted interior virtual tours in North America, and have built a proprietary platform for managing business profiles, photos, posts, reviews, and website content across major search sites and social platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook and Nextdoor. What You'll Do

  • Learn the business from the ground up, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales in an accelerated sales leadership development program.
  • Develop mastery of the AMP sale by learning and following established AMP best practices to identify leads, prospect, and close new accounts.
  • Consistently lead from the front, making your own sales personally while you train and coach the inside sales representatives who begin to report to you.
  • Build a team of inside sales representatives in the greater Houston area to acquire new accounts and achieve district growth objectives.
  • Co-manage this new team alongside the Executive Vice President of Sales, prior to taking on full Inside Sales Manager responsibilities over a period of 9-12 months.
  • Participate in a structured new manager mentorship program that is led by the executives of our 350 person, 28 year old business.
  • Assist in the evaluation and interviewing of prospective new team members.
  • Collaborate with corporate managers in Recruiting, Human Resources, Training, and Operations to equitably administer all company policies.
  • Foster and support a winning, positive, hard-working team culture, leading by example.
