Role Description

This is a full-time Retail Sales Manager role based on-site in Katy, TX. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily store operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of sales associates, developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyzing sales metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive and productive store environment. Additionally, the manager will build relationships with customers, address their needs effectively, and provide guidance to the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Retail Sales and Sales leadership
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively engage with team members and customers
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience management capabilities
  • Experience in effectively managing teams to meet performance goals
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in the retail or telecommunications industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is an advantage
