We are hiring Rockstars to join our Sauer Brands team

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the Warehouse in printing and closing all orders. Manages the truck driver window to check in carriers for both shipping and receiving and delegating dock door assignments.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is an integral part of the Warehouse team by ensuring all orders are printed, bundled and properly put through the packing session which produces packing slips and BOL's.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Print/confirm orders and ensure all orders are bundled together properly.
  • Print placards and attach to all orders.
  • Put all orders through the packing session which produces packing slips and Bol's
  • Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
  • Bundle orders together in one packet.
  • Attach pallet labels and Time Critical stickers onto pallets when needed.
  • Attach Pro's to order packets as well as manifest all orders
  • Be able to go into the Amazon Central database to review carriers.
  • Responsible for dividing orders into 2 stacks for all Target Orders.
  • Stamp all Old Dominion Orders with the MABD1 stamp.
  • Assign seals to orders and attach paperwork for CFA Orders.

Culture Building

  • Provides guidance/training to new employees and "models the way" with Integral Safety Model.
  • Supports plant management in other actions and programs necessary for maintaining the desired company culture.
