As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine rounds and support access control, all while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving way.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, including loading docks, warehouses, and distribution areas.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the logistics and distribution location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual observations, and/or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and maintain a supportive presence throughout the location.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and screening individuals entering designated areas as required by site policy.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
