Job Description

Our company is currently accepting applications for Security Officer positions. These officers will identify and report incidents and will be responsible for the security and safety of our clients' properties. Must also write electronic reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

SEASONAL WORK FROM BLOCK FRIDAY UNTIL NEW YEARS

12PM-5PM MONDAY-FRIDAY

12PM-9PM SAT-SUN

CAN BE FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS BUT NOT WITH TIME FRAMES.

Our goal is to display professionalism while being polite and friendly. That demeanor will go a long way toward putting people at ease while still making them feel secure.

LOCATION: VIRGINIA BEACH

Candidates must have willingness and ability to work flexible hours

SHIFT AVAILABLE: TIMES TBD

QUALIFICATIONS ARE:

  • VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
  • RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
  • HAVE A PERSONAL CELL PHONE
  • BE A HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE OR EQUIVALENT GED
  • KNOWLEDGE OF SECURITY OPERATIONS AND PROCEDURE

INCENTIVES:

  • Health Insurance for Full Time Officers
  • Employee Referral Program:If the referred employee is hired and does well with no write ups for the first 190 days you will received $150 bonus which will be paid on the pay check following those 190 days. If the referred employee does well with no writes up for 365 days you will receive a $250 bonus. This is $400 worth of bonuses in one year just for sending ONE potential new employee our way. There is no limit on how many people you can refer
