ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Contribute to software design, building, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Build and test new features or applications after approval and planning based on business and client needs.
  • Provide Quality Assurance on code prior to implementation and provide proper use cases and coverage for implementations.
  • Work with team to identify problem areas, provide solutions, and plan future improvements and innovations.
  • Write scripts to make changes for all clients primarily using PowerShell.
  • Communicate with client vendors to create and implement integrations.
  • Create user stories for code updates and track changes in the code repository.
  • Facilitate discussions with non-technical team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify root cause of production issues and implement solutions to meet service level standards.
  • Document all knowledge into a shared repository for historical logging and error resolution.
  • Communicate changes and downtime with team and clients prior to effecting the change.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity BUS plan and goals.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.

  • 5+ years' experience in a related field required.
  • Azure certification preferred.
  • Fluent in C#, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Google Sketchup.
  • Experience with SQL database management.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Windows Server.
