Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media channels, content creation, and analytics to ensure our messaging aligns with our overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and customer feedback through social listening.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and improve organic search performance.
  • Oversee community management by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering relationships with key influencers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Skills

  • Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and other scheduling applications.
  • Strong skills in content creation including graphic design, photography, video editing, and proofreading.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies including branding and public relations.
  • Experience with web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
