As a Consumer & Market Insights Intern Research Manager, you will support the design,

execution, and analysis of a variety of consumer insights projects that help guide business strategy and product development.

This role is ideal for a curious, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about understanding consumer behavior and turning data into meaningful stories that inform key business decisions. You'll gain hands-on experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research methods — including focus groups, surveys, ethnography, and concept testing — while collaborating closely with experienced researchers, designers, engineers, and marketers.

The position provides an excellent opportunity to learn how insights influence strategy, develop research and storytelling skills, and contribute to real-world projects that shape the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end research projects, assisting with survey design, data collection, vendor coordination, and results analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior researchers to design research plans that address key business questions and translate stakeholder needs into actionable objectives.
  • Assist with qualitative research (e.g., focus groups, interviews, ethnography) and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, data analysis, dashboards).
  • Analyze and synthesize findings, helping transform data and observations into meaningful insights, implications, and recommendations.
  • Help create reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights to a variety of audiences, including visual and storytelling-based formats.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements by helping test or document new tools, templates, or research techniques that improve team efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with internal teams such as design, engineering, brand, and marketing to observe how research informs decision-making.
  • Support knowledge sharing by organizing research archives, summaries, or learnings to help team members quickly access past insights.

Why Join Us?

  • Gain hands-on experience conducting real consumer research that directly impacts vehicle design, brand positioning, and marketing strategy.
  • Work alongside experienced researchers and learn industry-leading methodologies in both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Be part of a collaborative, high-energy team that values curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Develop foundational skills in research design, analysis, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
  • See your work influence real business decisions and learn how insights drive innovation.
  • Build professional relationships across disciplines — from design to marketing — in a dynamic corporate environment.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
