At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. We offer FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K childcare/daycare programs serving 11 counties with numerous centers across the state of Arkansas. AEL is more than just daycare We are educators, even as early as 6 weeks old we are implementing an education curriculum. We also offer a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment.

NOW HIRING A Mental Health Services MANAGER:

Under the direct supervision of the Regional Program Director, the Mental Health Services Manager assists in developing, implementing, and supervising a quality program in the Agency service area, and in assuring compliance with standards and regulations as they relate to mental health services. Works collaboratively with parents, staff, the LEA and community consultants to identify and intervene in family and school situations that affect the mental health, wellness and education of children and families in the program. Provides content area expertise and oversight on an ongoing scheduled basis by performing the following duties personally and through contractor(s).

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Mental Health. Advanced Degree preferred.
• Satisfactory levels of aptitudes and skills related to the job duties and an ability to apply specialized knowledge acquired on the job.
• 1-3 years prior job related experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Must be able to play and engage with children.
• A background in Applied Behavior Analysis and/or managing challenging behaviors with children preferred.

General Qualifications

• Must have access to a working cell phone.
• Must have a valid driver's license with immediate access to a legally insured vehicle.
• Must be able to drive an automobile, full size pickup and a van.
• Must have at least auto liability insurance and must keep it current.
