Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist located in Bryant, AR. The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual therapy sessions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining thorough documentation. The Therapist will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care and ensure patient progress toward mental health goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in individual therapy
  • Expertise in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Proficiency in maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
