Your Role

As an Administrative / Accounting Assistant at Real Property Solutions, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across administrative and accounting functions. You'll collaborate closely with our property, accounting, and management teams to maintain critical logs, review contracts and leases, and support efficient financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain
    Certificate of Insurance (COI)

&
W-9 logs

, track expiration schedules, and obtain updated COIs as they expire

  • Maintain
    Property Utility Logs

  • Maintain
    Invoice Logs

and batch contractor & consultant invoices for payment

  • Maintain
    Multi-Year Invoice Logs

for year-end CAM reporting

  • Create yearly
    Property Budgets

  • Review
    Leases

for setup of CAM charges, tenant vs. landlord cost responsibilities, commencement dates, and related items

  • Use
    YARDI Accounting Software

for accounting and reporting tasks

  • Track, create & submit
    Tenant Invoices

  • Provide
    administrative support

to the accounting and operations teams
