At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

Vitamin Well Group in the US

Vitamin Well made its debut in the US market in 2019, initially introducing NOCCO, followed by the launch of Barebells in 2020. Since then, the company has witnessed remarkable growth, with its products now widely available across the country in various gyms, gas stations, and grocery stores. Our team is characterized by its high level of engagement, agility, and a shared passion for ensuring our brands become a staple in households across the US.

The US market has rapidly emerged as having one of the most significant volume increases across our markets. In response to this success, we have developed and launched products specifically designed to meet the unique preferences and needs of the US consumer.

About the Role

As an Operations Specialist at Vitamin Well USA, you will be a link that keeps everything moving, ensuring our products reach customers quickly, safely and cost-effectively. Our distribution network spans the United States and Canada and includes national retailers, major distributors, grocery and convenience chains, individual gyms and a fast-growing eCommerce channel.

You will oversee the full order fulfilment process, lead outbound logistics operations and collaborate closely with key partners, including our 3PL providers, to ensure everything runs smoothly as we scale.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles, where you will be part of a small, tight-knit team that works best together face to face. You will report to the Operations Manager.

This is what you can expect to be doing in this position:

Order Management and Customer Operations
  • Own the full order-to-delivery process for assigned business areas, ensuring accuracy and fast turnaround.
  • Act as main contact for order inquiries across retailers, distributors, eCommerce partners, and gyms.
  • Build proactive customer relationships and resolve delays or discrepancies quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with retailer routing and delivery guidelines to avoid chargebacks.
  • Support onboarding of new customers on EDI and eCommerce platforms.
Logistics and Continuous Improvement
  • Oversee outbound logistics from our U.S. distribution centre, coordinating carriers and shipments.
  • Work closely with 3PL and logistics partners to maintain high delivery performance.
  • Handle OS&D (overages, shortages, and damages) cases promptly and professionally.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you will need to succeed:
  • You bring 2–3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations, ideally in the CPG space (food & beverage preferred).
  • You thrive in a dynamic, high-growth setting and excel at problem-solving under pressure.
  • You combine fast execution with thoughtful decision-making and long-term vision.
  • You are resilient, resourceful, and energized by process improvement and innovation.
  • You are an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and customer types.
  • You are excited to be part of a company that's scaling – and want to grow right along with.
Welcome with your application at the latest December 1, 2025.

We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.
