YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Disciplinary and technical management of the global sales organization
- Responsibility for the planning, implementation and achievement of global sales targets
- Development and optimization of sales processes
- Alignment of sales with future strategic requirements internally and externally
- Representation and network maintenance as well as escalation in global customer relationships
- Coordination of all international sales activities
SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE
- Successfully completed technical/commercial studies or a comparable qualification
- Several years of international professional and management experience in sales at an international manufacturing industrial company (focus on non-automotive)
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills and a high level of assertiveness
- Excellent written and spoken English, other language skills are an advantage
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
