About the Role

A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Senior Trial Paralegal with extensive plaintiff-side personal injury experience. This is a full-time, in-office role offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the chance to be a key part of complex cases from intake through trial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
  • Prepare medical summaries, deposition digests, and trial notebooks
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, court staff, and opposing counsel
  • Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation and in-court proceedings

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong background in plaintiff-side personal injury
  • Spanish bilingual required
  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently
