Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for client service. This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being an integral part of trial preparation and case strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive litigation support for personal injury cases from intake through trial.Draft, file, and manage legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.Organize, review, and summarize medical records and other case-related documents.Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders.Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met.Conduct factual and legal research as needed.Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation.Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and filing procedures in Texas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management software is a plus.Why Join Us
