We're Hiring: Accounting & Operations Manager

What You'll Do

  • Keep our books accurate: payables, receivables, reconciliations, deposits, transfers, month-end and year-end closing, audit preparation, 1099s.
  • Support our staff: expense reporting, payroll activity, and event/program accounting.
  • Help us stay organized: prepare board packets, maintain office systems, and manage inventory.
  • Partner with our accounting firm to ensure reporting and audit needs are met.
  • Contribute to our team culture by bringing ideas, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
