KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Return Reviewer, Global Mobility Services to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.
Responsibilities:
- Review and sign Individual Income Tax Returns for global assignees, ensuring accuracy and promptness to meet client deliverables
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on tax compliance issues, fostering their professional development in this area
- Stay abreast of updates in tax legislation and regulations that may impact international assignees
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize tax compliance processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in expatriate or individual tax
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Prior experience at an accounting firm
- Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or Enrolled Agent, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that list
- Ability to mentor staff
