Entry-Level Position with Comprehensive Training
Position Details:
- Pay: $20.00-$22.00
- Location: Tracy and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability optional.
- Hours: Must commit to a minimum of 15 hours a week between the hours of 3pm - 8pm, and a consistent schedule for at least 6 months at a time. Some morning hours may also be available.
- Spanish preferred, but not required

Qualifications:

- Due to the nature of this role providing medical care to children in their homes, a background check is required by law. Certain convictions may disqualify candidates based on applicable state and federal regulations.

- Must be physically able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods of time
- Commitment to a consistent work schedule for at least 6 month intervals

Your Role and Impact:
As a Behavior Technician, you will dive into the heart of our mission, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve:
- Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and our centers.
- Collaborating with Behavior Analysts to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and fostering a supportive environment for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Being an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming lives through tailored intervention strategies.
