Sr. Geospatial Program Manager (Internal Title- Sr. Campaign Manager)

Enabled Intelligence client engagements are organized into individual labeling campaigns. These campaigns vary in length and complexity. Sr. Campaign Managers lead individual labeling campaign teams of data annotators and quality control analysts. CMs are responsible for ensuring labeling campaigns meet customer requirements and deadlines and meet Enabled Intelligence's own strict labeling quality standards. Campaign managers provide program management, leadership, and oversight to ensure labeling campaigns create highly accurate and complete labels and are delivered on schedule and within budget. The Campaign Manager may lead multiple campaigns at a time. Campaign Managers report to the overall Client Program Manager and are part of Enabled Intelligence's Program Management organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns within a larger program
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager to ensure all deadlines and performance standards are met to contribute to the overall success of the program
  • Manage campaign set up including scheduling a campaign kickoff, coordinating with the training team to get training created/scheduled, creating campaign charge codes and coordinating with the Annotation Team Manager and QC Team Manager to get your campaign staffed
  • Review performance metrics for each campaign and each individual Data Annotator assigned to your campaigns. When performance concerns arise, dig into the specific issues and develop a remediation plan
  • Collaborate with the Data Annotation Team Supervisors to ensure the Data Annotators assigned to your campaigns have the support they need to be successful
  • Work with the QC and QA Analysts to ensure campaign accuracy is on track
  • Prepare and present campaign status update reports for the client, PM/Deputy PM and Enabled Intelligence Leadership

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Active Secret Clearance (with eligibility to garner Top Secret)
  • 3-5 years of imagery analysis experience including geospatial imagery
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership and problem solve in a dynamic environment
  • Strong relationship building, people management and customer service skills
  • Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with a group of people with unique communication, learning and working styles in a culture focused on setting team members up to achieve excellence

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience working within federal program management or directly for the federal government
  • Previous experience working with the National Geospatial Agency
  • Educational background or training in program management (PMP)
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Background Check and Clearance

  • Applicants selected will be subject to standard criminal background check. Secret clearance required.

Work Location

  • Enabled Intelligence office in St. Louis, MO with occasional travel to Enabled Intelligence Headquarters in Falls Church, VA.
